Spiraling Self-Awareness

I highly recommend the following book that has been written by my amazing editor.

Spiraling Self-Awareness: Personal Mission Revealed in 27 Days through Pythagorean Numerology’s Partnership with the 9-Chakra System by Nina Shoroplova, ISBN-978-0-9953129-3-7, first edition ebook, Wrasma Marketing.

Spiraling Self-Awareness will grow readers’ awareness of their uniqueness through twenty-seven days of simple exercises. Journaling their progress will reveal their passion and the mission through which they will express that passion.

Self-awareness is an essential tool to increase our success in the world. Self-awareness is a simple tool to employ—through intention, it can grow every day. Self-awareness allows us to live fuller, more abundant, and more rewarding lives. Spiraling Self-Awareness uses the wisdom that comes to us through the resonance of partnering the nine-chakra system with Pythagorean Numerology. This ebook also includes material about several Major Arcana cards in the Rider-Waite Tarot Deck. Word etymology brings more light to bear on the journey.

What follows is an excerpt from Nina’s ebook.

“At the second spiral, we have the power to influence our environment in a bigger way as our unique self. Even though we are each an essential part of the entire energy that lives, we are unique. We are equal in value and unique in quality. While you have the desire and energy to construct a condominium, I have the desire and energy to write a book. While you long to grow vegetables for market, I long to sing an aria written by Puccini. Where you see beauty in the frailty of a meadow flower, I see beauty in waves crashing and rising against a rocky shoreline. Where you smell new potential within the earthy heat of decomposing vegetation, others see the buzzing bees and the bothersome mosquitoes.

“We come to Earth with different missions, some of which support each other’s mission, some of which ignore each other’s mission, some of which clash with each other’s mission. Where one person might have a mission to bring opposing forces together, another person might have a mission to strengthen the country along its home front. We are each here to do our part as wholly, as fully as we can. We are here neither to judge each other nor to judge our mission. My mission is no less and no more necessary than yours. Yours is no less and no more than mine.

“We are each here playing our own game. I am playing tiddlywinks while you are playing mountain climbing. I am playing photography while you are playing car design.

“Because our soul is alive in a human body, we can get caught up in conflict, competition, struggle, and fight. Our soul has a need to complete its mission in this life or the next or the one after that. Our human body has a different need: to stay alive as long as possible, against all odds, and to procreate. Can you see where these different needs might separate us and confuse us and seek to have us conform with social norms? It’s easy to ignore our soul self and just attend to human needs, but our soul will not be ignored forever. At some point, your uniqueness will call to you to break out of society’s mold and do your own, unique thing and that thing will be linked with your mission.”

Catalyst

Catalyst

Do not despair.

When you are in the midst of suffering,

Become an alchemist.

Every day add a pinch of a catalyst to your suffering

And let it simmer.

Love is my catalyst.

What is yours?

May my life be as authentic as a tree…

When a tree is growing from the seed, its only purpose is to grow and thrive.

Once it becomes a big tree then it will serve the neighbouring environment by spreading its seeds, providing shade and shelter, and becoming part of all beings.

When autumn comes this tree loses its leaves and humbly accepts the nature of letting go of its leaves.

This tree is not worried about where to spread its seeds. It just trusts the wind.

This tree is not concerned about why and where the leaves are falling. It trusts the cycle of universe, and the gravity.

And this tree is not worried about to whom it’s providing shade and shelter. Just trusts those who need the shade and shelter will come to it.

And above all the main purpose of this tree is to grow and thrive by being truly nourished, leaning towards the sun to get more light, and growing deeper roots for balance and stability.

How do you:

– Truly nourish yourself?

– Bring in more light?

– Grow deeper roots for creating balance in your life?

– Let go of your story?

– Surrender to NOW?

Eat it NOW before it starts melting

What do you do when you have an ice cream cone in your hand?

You eat it and you make sure it does not melt because if it does then it’s messy.

What do you do with your precious life, today…NOW?

Are you waiting for:

– Meeting the right partner so you can go camping, hiking, and travelling with him/her?

– Paying down your mortgage before you go on that trip that you dream of?

– Losing 20 pounds before you go to Hawaii, because you are worried how you look in a bathing suit?

– Going to a yoga class when your life slows down?

– Meditating when your house is less busy, or you moving to a bigger house so you can have a room for meditation?

Don’t wait for the perfect time to do what you desire.

Eat life like it’s ice cream. Eat it now before it starts melting.

Perfection of Aging

When I was young,

the thought of wrinkles on my face terrified me.

No one told me when I get older,

I would only see the wrinkles on my face with magnifying glasses.

No one told me of this perfection of aging.

When I was young,

how I was troubled with the dust around the house.

No one told me when I get older,

I would only see the dust around the house with magnifying glasses.

When I was young,

how I flaunted for perfection.

No one told me when I get older,

the only perfection is in that moment,

when I look at a flower in bloom,

when I hear the call of an owl,

when I let the waves carry me on my board.

And when in that perfect moment,

In that beautiful spot on the lake,

I scattered my mother’s ash,

oh would I see a fish nibble on her ash,

that was her wish,

oh this perfection of aging.

Don’t Shush Your Thoughts. LISTEN.

On a subconscious level, you may have several negative self sabotaging thoughts. Consistent thoughts become your beliefs.

Perhaps one of the main reasons why positive affirmations do not work is because of the presence of negative beliefs in your subconscious.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful tool for clearing these negative emotions and thoughts. Freeing your subconscious will allow positive thoughts and affirmations to take root.

Studies have shown that each day the average person has about 70,000 thoughts. Practicing mindfulness allows you to listen to these thoughts. Listening to your thoughts is the first step in meditation and moving towards a more positive mindset.

Mehrnaz guides you with EFT and mindfulness to create a shift within from negative beliefs to positive ones so you can achieve your dreams. This allows you to be the happiest and healthiest you.

Meditation under 5 minutes – Pebbles

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Imagine you are sitting in a beautiful place of your choice. There is a small pile of pebbles in front of you. Only 3 of the pebbles have special written messages on them for you. The messages are what you need the most right now in your life.

Example:

– Love, Calm, Happiness

– Courage, Self-Love, Compassion

– This Will Pass

– You Are Enough

Bring the messages to your heart and let them stay in your heart for a couple minutes. The purpose of this meditation is self-care and self-love. Be kind to yourself.

The light within me salutes the light within you.

Under 5 minutes of meditation – Bags

Deepak Chopra and Mehrnaz

Deepak Chopra and Mehrnaz

Close your eyes and sit comfortably. Now imagine you are carrying one bag in each hand. Fill one bag with all the stress you feel presently, and the other bag with worrying thoughts and anxieties. Take few seconds to feel the heaviness of the bags on your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, and head.

Now put the bags down and scan your body and see how it feels. Bring your attention to your breath.

This mindfulness practice is for the purpose of giving you a quick rest from stress and anxiety. You may do this meditation anywhere; at home, office, or even in a parked car.

The light within me salutes the light within you.
