Work With Mehrnaz

Mehrnaz’s journey has taken her from experiencing external conflict to using her training as a molecular biologist to explore and adopt techniques to resolve inner conflict. She integrates her science background with her knowledge of meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Matrix Reimprinting to support people wanting to manage stress in the chaos of their daily lives and to find new levels of self-love, courage, and inner tranquility.

Research studies had included the effectiveness of EFT for treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Here are the links to two research studies:

Comprehensive Research Analysis Shows EFT Highly Effective for PTSD

Emotional Freedom Technique To Treat PTSD in Veterans

Emotional Freedom Technique is a scientifically backed practice that combines modern therapeutic psychology with Eastern healing methods of tapping on acupuncture Meridian points to release bad energy and emotional blocks from your body letting more positivity in. Learning EFT empowers you by giving you the tools to work on yourself to move on and grow from past and current negative events, pain or stressors.

Matrix Reimprinting EFT evolved from EFT. In Matrix Reimprinting the past negative memories are being held as pictures or holograms in your body-field. Until you transform them you keep tuning into them on a subconscious level and they affect your health, your well-being and your ability to manifest what you desire. Changing the pictures creates both physical and emotional healing, and enables you to rewire your brain.
