Dream
Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor with your back straight.
Start alternate nostril breathing. You may refresh your memory about alternate nostril breathing by going back to Meditation Day 7.
Continue alternate nostril breathing for 4 rounds.
Let your breathing become soft and gentle.
Now, imagine that you are watching a movie that is called your “Dream.” Your dream is your desire for ultimate happiness.
Allow the dream to flow from your heart.
This is how it works: you are just an observer. You are not a creator or an actor of this movie – just an observer. You are not a critic.
Observe your dream for about 5 minutes.
Now, gently bring your focus back to your breathing.
Finish your meditation with 3 breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
By being an observer of your dream, you start leaning toward the things that nourish and support your dream. The universe will assist you in moving toward your dreams.
“Life is nothing but a dream
and if we are artists
then we can create our life with love
and our dream becomes
a masterpiece of art.” Don Miguel Ruiz
